Bring your uniform, race spikes, warmups, YELLOW TEAM SHIRT socks, WATER BOTTLE, snacks.  $ for lunch.  EXTRA SOCKS/SHOES!  The course is going to get a lot of rain this week!

Varsity team trophies and 7 team medals to the top 3 teams.  Individual trophies, 1-10 both Varsity and JV.

Top 3 Varsity Teams and Top 10 Individuals qualify for Region 1 Championships.
