WEAR BLACK TEAM SHIRTS! Please bring your own black cover shorts - it is not warm enough yet for team warmup jacket/pants. If you do not have your team warm-up shirts yet, please bring $40 to get both.

Unless excused, everyone will ride bus home to East. Please pickup from Plano East at 1:00 PM.

This is one of the largest races in the state and is on the same course that we will use for district. Get mentally prepared and ready to compete!

From Lake Forest Drive please instruct your parents and fans to proceed to FM 1461 and turn right onto CR 165. From 165 turn right on CR 168. Spectator parking will be at the top of the hill on the west side of the park. By doing this we will alleviate the congestion for the buses. Signs will be present to direct traffic. NO PARKING ALONG THE ROADWAY! Police will be present to make sure this does not happen.

Bus will leave Plano East at 6:15 AM. All students are excused from school the entire day. If students choose to go back to school, must coordinate with teachers and Coach Reed. Do not hang out at school afterwards!

This meet will be very low key. They've combined all girl races and all boy races into one a piece so we will be done around 10:10 AM. This is the best case scenario as it means all of our runners will compete earlier and in cooler temperatures. If for some reason the meet is rained out - there is a contingency plan and will be communicated as soon as I hear something!

Time: Races begin at 7:30 PM

Bus will leave Plano East at 4:45 PM. All McMillen/Williams students will ride shuttle over after 6th period. Senior high students will finish the normal school day. ALL athletes, racing or not, are expected to attend this meet.

BLACK TEAM SHIRTS! You can wear any cross country shirt to school on Friday. Please bring your own black cover shorts - it is not warm enough yet for team warmup jacket/pants.

All athletes will need to plan to eat either something they bring or can order through Jimmy John's. Hebron will be providing Chick-fil-A or cheeseburgers afterwards if you would like something. MAKE SURE YOU EAT SOMETHING - general rule of thumb is eat three hours before your warmup time. DO NOT try to go all day without eating or you will not race well!!! You can eat your whole Jimmy John's box before you race and order dinner - or do half box and eat half after. UP TO YOU!!!
